How to Book Your Stay
To reserve your dates at The Lakeside Lounge, please email us at info@RentalLakeHavasu.com.
To secure your reservation, we require both a completed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit. The full rental payment is due no later than 14 days before your arrival.
We accept payments via PayPal or check, provided it arrives by mail no later than two weeks before your check-in date. Once you reach out, we’ll send you the rental agreement to review, sign, and return to complete your booking.
You can view our availability by clicking here and selecting “Check Availability.” Please note: while our calendar is hosted on VRBO, you do not need to book through their platform. Booking directly with us saves you money on third-party fees. Just reach out by email or phone to get started!

NOTES
- Utilities are included in rental price.
- Please note that we require a security deposit of $1000 in addition to the rent, which is fully refundable provided the property is in the same shape when you leave that it was when you arrived.
- We require a cleaning fee per stay.
- All rates are subject to change until secured with a rental agreement and security deposit.
- We charge a small pet fee if you would like to bring a dog. Please see the bottom of the amenities page for restrictions and details before you book.
- There is a maximum of 6 people INCLUDING CHILDREN allowed.
- Boat slips can be reserved through the resort on a first-come first-served basis upon arrival. They charge a small fee (much more affordable than other nearby options).
- If you have guests not on the rental agreement, the resort will charge you a small fee for their entrance.

Rates and minimum stays vary by time of year and demand. That is why you’ll see a price range below. We’ve listed our rates here as simplified as we can, but please get in touch to confirm rates for your specific dates.

- Labor Day: 3 nights/$1405 OR 7 nights/$2000
