We offer different rental options to suite your vacation! You can stay for as little as 3 nights, or as long as multiple months.
To make reservations, please send an email to info@RentalLakeHavasu.com. We require your security deposit and completed rental agreement to secure the reservation. Your full payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Assuming time will allow, the preferred method of payment is to mail in a check. However, we can also invoice you through PayPal if that is your preference, or if it is a last minute reservation. Either way, I will also email you a rental agreement that you will need to sign and return in order to complete your reservation.
Unfortunately the availability calendar we previously displayed is no longer supported, so you will need to get in touch to check dates. That’s okay – I’m looking forward to talking with you! Send me an email at info@RentalLakeHavasu.com.
NOTES
- Utilities are included in rental price.
- Please note that we require a security deposit of $1000 in addition to the rent, which is fully refundable provided the property is in the same shape when you leave that it was when you arrived.
- We require a $120 cleaning fee per stay.
- All rates are subject to change until secured with a rental agreement and security deposit.
- We charge a $35 fee if you would like to bring a dog. Please see the bottom of the amenities page for restrictions and details before you book.
- There is a maximum of 6 people INCLUDING CHILDREN allowed. This is a newer restriction placed on us by the resort we are located within.
- Boat slips can be reserved through the resort on a first-come first-served basis upon arrival. They charge a small fee (much more affordable than other nearby options).

Rates and minimum stays vary by time of year and demand. That is why you’ll see a price range below. We’ve listed our rates here as simplified as we can, but please get in touch to confirm rates for your specific dates.
